i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because John takes a VERY LONG TIME to price your request. Hard to communicate with. I am renovating my home and have several small to medium jobs to be filled. After several wasted weeks, my wife and I tried to get his prices, he refused and walked out of our house. I wanted to call him and tell him not to come back, but his friends were working on the exterior of my house. On our next meeting, John brought a blueprint of stairs going in front of our bedroom window that would block our view of the river. Not what Anyone would want. I informed him I was going with another contractor but would like to purchase a door he had stored in his warehouse (girlfriends garage). I'm glad I waited to tell him he wasn't hired. On delivery of the door, John loudly heckles me in my front yard, like a bully, in front of his friends. I'm also glad his friends were almost finished.
