The physical therapists were good for the most part. The main problem at this facility lies somewhere between the right and left hemispheres of the brains of the people who work the front desk (Especially the older woman). She must make commission because she would sign you up for an appointment without asking of your availability in a heartbeat. If you do dare to tell her you're unavailable that day, she will interrogate you mightily and express disappointment in you in the rudest way possible. In her eyes, next week's physical therapy appointment is more important than any wedding or communion you've been invited to.
In conclusion, if you'd like to get some decent physical therapy, come here. Nice therapists, nice equipment. However, you must be willing to face the harassment from the desk monsters every visit.
