I purchased a used subaru forester from them, with "implied warranty". after a couple of weeks, I realized that one of the heated seats was not working. i stopped by for service and they said they wouldn't pay for the repair because "the car was 13 years old". When i told them that the car was sold to me as having heated seats, the repairman could only tell me "well, one of them is working". The car was still under warranty, and they are refusing to cover a pre-existing condition (sounds like a health insurance provider). Beware of this dealer. Check other website for more negative reviews if you only found this one, i'm not the only one complaining about warranty issues. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealer.

They could not accommodate an appointment that they gave me. I dropped my car at 7:30 am for simple service and had to call them at 5:00 pm to arrange for pick up and my car was never looked at.Taking a day off from work to allow them to have my vehicle for the entire day was inconvient, but then to learn they never looked at it was frustrating.I would never recommend them as a dealership!!
