I have been doing business with Lindsey John Deere in Port Crane, N.Y. for many years. I have never ever had any problems with the Tractors or equipment that I have bought from them. Also, the Service and Parts Department are excellent. The people are very friendly and helpful at all times.

6 WRONG parts!!!
You can even bring in your parts that you want to replace they sell you the wrong parts and I'm talking important parts like your needle valve and then you get gas in your oil and then they sell you an old ring for your carburetor take your old in..still order u the WRONG parts!! have gas coming out of your muffler with oil!!!
I'm just so not happy :-( I feel so violated I'm telling you money hungry people/ business!!I finally ordered my new carburetor from the a location three hours away!! BUT IT'S TOO LATE MY ENGINE IS SHOT!But like the guy said to me you can't put wrong Parts in your Mower and keep trying to get it going it doesn't come without consequences!!! so now we can all see that's obvious!!
All I can say is they're not going to get away with this they would never have done this to a man that's what my neighbor said to me Ann you know they're jerking your chain ..I said no they're just incompetent!!
He said..no they would never had done this to a man!!!

Lawnmower repair took too long and took 4 trips back to Lindsey to get it right. Very poor service - disorganized.
