Provided by YP.comTERRIBLE JOB CLEANING MY RUG & no apology. I have no idea why there are so many different phone numbers & addresses for this one company if not to elude customers. Don't trust your valued possessions to this company!
We have been in business for 25 years and we honor all of our work. We started the business in Greenwich then moved to Port Chester. We continue to have a P.O. Box in Greenwich one location where our offices and shop is. We kept the Greenwich # which is call forward to our Port Chester location. We always offer to correct any problems when they arise. We have always kept the same phone numbers numbers.

They picked up my rug for cleaning yet it came back with the same amount of dust as when it left. They may have vacuumed the top but did not clean it properly or beat the dust out as they said they would. I spoke to the owner, yes, The Owner, he offered no apology and no explanation as to why they wasted my time rearranging my lounge area to have the same problem as before I sent it. They banked my check even after saying they would return it. If they can't clean a rug I would certainly not let them into my home to do anything else!
We have been in business for 25 years and we honor all of our work. The rug came in with many stains in it and they came out. We beat and dusted the rug as promised. We offered to pick the rug back up to touch up where she wasn't happy and she refused. We did mail her a partial refund.
