When you call a pediatrian with a request, you are usually a little panicked about your child's safety. I was greeted by the most rude receptionist. Too bad I couldn't see you Dr. Williams, as my son really needed help. We just moved into town and was told that they would not see my son, as they don't see children for a one time event. The receptionist wouldn't even offer help to find someone who would help.
