Prompt and very accommodating staff. Don't anticipate needing this service again but if needed i will surely call Steve's Towing

I called them because they are local to me and I had used them before, but very sorry I did. I was not particular about when they towed the vehicle, they chose time and day and still managed to be three hours late. They never called me, I had to call them and then they called me at work thinking I was another customer. They do not seem organized or honest. On top of everything else, they charged $10 more than what they quoted. Extremely disappointed and will never use their service again!

Stick shift quit working in fire lane of a store. Shannon arived in fifteen minutes told us the problen (a minor repair) took us to s shop quickly and we were out of there in no time.
