Careless Workmanship

When a $5000 job is going bad I expect the Boss to be readily available, and the hard questions to be answered. I DON"T expect the secretary to be in charge! Even 2 days later our calls were not returned. This is no way to run a reputable business, one that says it cares about their customers.
