After being a customer for 20 years with my family & friends! NEW MANAGEMENT is NOT to be TRUSTED! With their California attitude and policies they have lost a real loyal customer. I reserved a room on the 7th of last month and within 15 minutes I canceled the reservation & chose to stay somewhere else because they have gone up in pricing and have added all kinds of deceptive practices such as when you call in they will hit your credit card like you have given them a blank check! Not only did they NOT cancel my reservation with in the 15 minutes that I called them back on the same day! They also tried to charge us a $35 Cancelation Fee! I have heard of hotels and condos putting a hold on your credit card before you come NOT a full night's charge, and then Phillip was completely rude to me and has sent me the most nasty response of a email that you have ever seen even telling me that we are unwelcome to come to their property! With no compassion for his clients and customers and not even an apology for THEIR mistake! DON't GO THERE THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED AND ARE ATTEMPTING TO ENGAGE IN DECEPTIVE PRACTICES!
