My father passed away and I found a blanket that he used all the time. It was in needed to be cleaned and mended. I walked into Kim's and asked her if she would clean and mend. She said you wash, I mend. NO PROBLEM! When I went back to have her mend it she stated that she would not fix this blanket that it was not worth it. I should just go get a new one. I explained that it was my fathers and he had just passed away, and I could not just go get a new one. Her expression did not change and she repeated herself. " Blanket old, you get new one!" "Not worth, to much time." For someone who has been in Poquoson for 30 years, I'm shocked how I was treated. I will NEVER go back to this place again!
