Billing department sucks. I sent a email in June to cancel my service for July. They responded back to my email. I than called them to make sure. They are trying to bill me from June-September and a interruption fee on top of that. DONT use their service. I have spoken to the manager who told me months ago this would be taken care of. Now speaking to my neighbors I'm not the only one they are doing this too.

This company does not pick up recycles on their scheduled dates and when I requested a pick up before the next scheduled date, they never showed up. While the staff is friendly, they claim to offer a service they clearly do not. My neighbor said she never can figure out their pick up dates. I've switched to a local company that picks up recycles weekly.

Really drivers should learn to keep their trucks on the road! After many hours of work and new ground lights on my approach I discovered after pickup my lights have been crushed into the ground & landscaping work ruined!

Stay away! terrible service! I have to keep their number on speed dial because I have to call them so much!! I spend so much time bringing garbage and recyclables back to the house because they rarely show up! Their customer service is a joke and they should all be fired. One woman pretended to look up my account, then I asked her to read the notes in the account and she couldn t. Had to wait another 5 minutes while she scrambled to actually look it up. They tell you somebody is coming to pick up the cans that were missed and even then they don t show up. It s Tuesday and I still have a can at my road side that has been there since Friday. I m sure my neighbors have enjoyed my giant blue yard ornament. It sits there more than anywhere else! I tried to cancel but they won t refund, so I m stuck with this nonsense until the end of September. Im giving this company 1 Star but they really deserve NO STARS

In the 5 months I used this company. I had to call them 50% of the time to pick-up my trash after the scheduled date.

the last time after calling them for 3 days and being assured each day they were coming to get the trash. They did not. I canceled my service and they refused to refund my money for work not yet done.
