CLOSED NOW - Opens at 8:00am

I called late at night when our furnace went out and requested a service call ASAP. I received a call early the next morning, 8:30am, and was promised that I was the second visit of the day. By 10:00am the service rep Don was at my door. Don was polite, professional and did an excellent job. He diagnosed the problem, fixed the furnace and completed the work efficiently.
I will definitely continue to be a customer of Lizut!

TERRIBLE.

I live approx 2 miles away from Lizut - I made an appointment on 10/20/2014 for a technician to look at my boiler at 8:30am. I also took time from work to meet with the tech at this time.

9:00am rolls around and i'm wondering where the technician is - so I drive down the road to Lizut to see what is going on.

They tell me their service guy called in sick.

NO ONE BOTHERED TO SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH ME.

this business thinks your time is worthless. - If these jackasses worked for me i'd have them fired for not keeping a simple appointment for a service call 2 miles down the road. Don't give these people your money. BEWARE!!!!

I thought Lizut being close would make it easier for them to work with me, despite the poor review, my mistake!!

I suggest Kotz in Waterford, they kept their appointment.

THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS!! I setup an appointment for an estimate in June. Got a all from Chris 1 hour before appt time he running late and couldn't make it at that time. I gave him the lockbox code for access to the house and was told he would get back to me with an estimate. By the second and third week of July I was calling the office for the status. Each time I was told they would check and call back. NO CALL BACK. The last week of July I got a call from a different person scheduled a walk through on July 28. It is now third week of August, I have called 3 to 4 times asking for status. NO CALL BACK! I completely understand if they are busy. If they cannot get to me for a month, two months, all I need is a returned call. A simple returned call with an estimate of work and start date. Who conducts business like this??? After reading other reviews on this company, I am actually thankful they didn't! My opinion is zero stars!!!!

I am very satisfied with this company. I had many questions and wasn't sure about which products would suit me best. It seemed like every other company was just interested in up-selling me.



Lizut Mechanical's sales staff was very knowledgeable and really concentrated on what was best for me. I am very comfortable knowing that I didn't have to spend a lot to get an efficient and dependable system.



I highly recommend this company.
