Provided by YP.commy boyfriend ordered me flowers for our four year anniversary together. i'm not a flower person at all, i've never really cared for them or wanted them, but these flowers were exceptionally beautiful. not only was the arrangement original, it was completely my style, and even though we're both completely clueless about flowers, they knew exactly what to do. i am way more than pleased and would definitely recommend them to my friends. thanks guys!

Provided by YPmobilevery disappointed in arrangement sent to a close family members funeral. We came from out of state but did not have time to go to the flower shop and select an arrangement. My only assumption is they thought since we were from out of town and paying with credit card by phone we would not see the small shameful arrangement they sent. After calling them to make sure the correct arrangement was sent, they offered no concern for satisfaction.
We strive always to provide the highest level of personal service, and a quality product. It is of the utmost importance that our customers are always satisfied. Unfortunately we have no record of a problem regarding an order from 5/17/2013. If there is still a desire on the part of this customer for resolution, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will be glad to be of service. We offer our sincerest apologies.
