After having septic tank problems for over a year with two different companies, I contacted this company and had Al Miller come out. He came out on weekend, brought all his equipment, and patiently explained to me how the septic system works and found my problem immediately. He cleaned out the roots, replaced the pipe and lengthened it. He and his woker were able to have my water flowing in a few hours. No more worrying about flooding the bathroom and bathtubs. I realized that the other companies only cleaned my tank and never got to the "root " of the problem. No pun intended. His prices were reasonable and he gave me a warranty. I should have gone with his company first. I highly recommend him and will definitely tell friends and family. I had my septic for 7 years and never realized what it takes to keep it running and managable. Now I know. Thanks Al for servicing our home.
