Was quick to come and give quote 2 weeks ago on trimming back a huge oak tree in the front yard. Work was to happen either last weekend or this weekend. Last weekend he was a no-show because he forgot it was a holiday weekend. NOW this weekend, my husband calls him to verify we are still on schedule for today and he tells us he can not come because he could not find a helper. He says he called and spoke to the wife yesterday to tell her he would not be able to come today. Problem is.....I am the wife and he did not call me. So, now he has to find out which number he called and what woman he spoke to. HAH!!! Very UNRELIABLE and UNDEPENDABLE. How do people like this stay in business? Must not be a full time business for them.
