Tenting was rescheduled due to unavailability of intended SUBCONTRACTOR. Next, the crew arrived and began the process of erecting the tent, throwing rings of large metal clips on to my metal roof, causing a number of scratches. Next, the tent was repaired where holes were located; instead of repairing the tent on the ground, the repairs were made by walking all over my standing seam roof, causing further damage. I made any in progress call to ask the owner to intervene with the subcontractor. I was told "they're professionals.". When I called the next day to report the damage after emailing photos, I was told that "damage is to be expected as set forth in their contract, and the damage shown in my photos was not significant and otherwise couldn't be seen from the street (this despite the owner never being at my home). When I disagreed, I was threatened with a lien if I should file a credit card dispute. From the other reviews, I gather that their (subcontracted) fumigation is poorly performed and unreliable and the owner of Ship Shape takes no interest in concerns expressed amid their work and denies all responsibility afterwards, adding a threat as a final parting shot. If you are considering this company for anything other than getting your fair share of abuse, I have a bridge you might be interested in buying 😎

Because white fly spray did not work the first spray kept making apts. didn't come or came just before it was gonna rain! they warranted for 39 days but i told secratary much to soon soshe said 60 days , it was about 40 days! also it rained right the first time it was sprayed i guess that was the reason for not getting rid of the white flys?

PS they never came back at all for the 5th time just got mad at me over the phone!!!!!!!

This company is what everyone says, never on time or they don't show up at all. They did termite control and tracked the chemical on our carpets(they don't wear shoes covers) and even asked us if we had some towels to clean up the mess! Needless to say the termites and roach problem have not gotten better. A couple of weeks ago I made an appointment and told them please make sure to come on time, I don't have time to waste. The receptionist response was, call me to verify the appointment. Why do I have to call them? Isn't that there job to call me and confirm! The only good thing I have to say is that the guys who come out are always nice and explain things. I think the booking has nothing to do with them, but the main office over scheduling and not understanding that some of these jobs take a while.

Very pleased. Used them for termites and was happy. Now we had flea and ticks from my sons dogs and Ship Shape did a great job. Problem solved and they make sure people and pets stay safe

We have used this placed for many ears of great service the people they send are always nice and get right to work and we have no bugs or pests of any kind all year long.



We will use them again as we need them here in our south Florida home.

They caused more damage than good! We had to call and confirm with them numerous times and they still showed up a day late!!! They did not bother to call and tell us they were not going to make the scheduled time and our house was left unattended. We also paid for an unnecessary night at a hotel as a result. When we returned home, there was dirt and mud on the floors everywhere and also a dead lizard. Satellite dish and weather vane were knocked off the house and they moved our patio furniture (that was nowhere near the house) so they could enjoy our pool better! When we filed a complaint with their parent company, C&M Fumigation, we received no response. I would NEVER recommend this company. They were a nightmare!
