I recently used Riteway Auto transport to ship my vehicle from Coast-to-Coast. I had another auto transport company who gave me a lower quote and considerably less service and attention as well. 2 Weeks had passed with no information on pickup. Riteway was able to pickup the vehicle the same day and drop off within an acceptable time frame. All of this was taken care of while I was deployed in Afghanistan serving in the Marine Corps. Thanks again!!!

From start to finish the experience that I had with Rite way was excellent . Cievan was my contact there and she was nothing but professional and pleasant . They have earned my repeat business . I have only good things to say about this company . Great job Cievan !!

I was a little apprehensive at first when choosing a shipping company because it seemed like every where I looked there was a scam. With Rite way they were 100% professional and did everything that they said they would/when it was said to be done. As far as the paper work I would be receiving, when the money would be transacted, and when the employees would be contacting me.

This company was the ONLY Company that worked with me to get my vehicle from Virginia to Alaska. No other company would ship my car, and if they did, it was considered to be international, and they wanted to charge an arm and a leg. Not only was Rite Way the only company that shipped my vehicle for a great rate, but they also worked with another company here in Alaska to insure that when they switched hands that the vehicle would be in good condition and make it to Alaska safe.

To be honest the only complaint that I would have about the company would be the allotted time frame. The vehicle was said to be getting picked up from noon-four by a driver. The driver did not show up till almost seven at night, stating that other clients were late. I understood this and completely understand that things happen, but as the customer it would have been nice to receive a call from the driver stating the tardiness.

Rite Way will be a company that I recommend for others looking to ship their vehicle.

Darryl from RiteWay called me and talked to me about shipping my car thru there company. I was skeptical at first until Darryl talked to me like a professional and it made me feel real comfortable. After a brief conversation I was sold and I was sold. Car was delivered when Darryl said it was going to come and he also called me while the car was in transit just to assure my car was in good hands. I will deal with Darryl and Riteway anytime. Even the driver was great and professional. I give Darryl and Riteway 5 STARS.

I am happy to say the experience we had was indeed, favorable. We basically went online to get info about shipping our sons' jeep to California due to him relocating. None of us knew where to look and our friends didn't know of anyplace to call so we basically went on-line and found this place. Alvin, the man I spoke with, asked what we were looking to do and what the time frame was and how flexible we could b. We chatted and in a timely manner, we were loading up the vehicle in a couple of hours at a place of our choosing, and I must say the guys who picked up the jeep were very polite, happy and respectful young men. The driver was Mike and I didn't remember the name of the other man, but a lovely person as well. Mike said he would be in California by the weeks end and the auto was delivered safe and sound. I would recommend this site to anyone looking to ship a vehicle. Just know that you should be flexible within a day or two, because you don't know what the drivers come across during their journey anything can happen. Also, you need their service so be cool and let it roll.Don't come unglued if the car doesn't get there the exact time they say.If your plans can't be flexible then perhaps you should haul it yourself with a tow-bar.

After reading about nightmares in trying to ship cars across country, I was pleasantly surprised to have found a company that was professional , courteous, knowledgeable , patient, had excellent follow through and lived up to their promises.

They were able to organize a auto transport move for me one week away from moving. The driver was very nice and when I called to change my drop off date and location customer service was more than helpful.Pete was my initial contact and made me feel very safe with dealing with Rite Way.

Did NOT come through as promiedI received a reasonable quote from John. He proceeded to tell me that all of the "other" companies would quote me less, try and up-sell, leave my car sitting, ect ect ect. He told me they pride themselves on A+ customer service. Our verbal deal was my car was to be picked up mon/tue and dropped to me thurs/fri. Sounded fantastic! The contract stated 1-10 day pickup window, which he ASSURED me to disregard, "it's just standard, we'll get it to you by the end of the week." Silly me right?!?! When they never contacted me mon/tues for pickup details I began to call. Everyone was always on the other line. I finally spoke to John this morning who assured me he would make it happen and call me before he left today. Guess what, he's gone and no phone call. I cancelled my order and went with someone who's willing to put their keyboard where there mouth is and write our agreed details out- lesson to me. Lesson to John- don't undersell your loads to hook a customer and then ask for more money, which you then still cannot come through on- you're just like the other guys you warned me about.

WORST Carrier EVER. Not only did they lie to us with 4 cars being shipped, they also lost our car for 4 days. THey dont call back and you can't even get in touch with them once your car is picked up. DONT use these peoiple, absolutly the worst. We put in a letter, actually three to the better business bureau.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RITE WAY AUTO TRANSPORT!! They'll make up lies to appease you. I don't mind if something goes awry and you can't fulfill your end of the bargain, but just be honest about it and don't make up lies that the actual carrier refutes ever happened. Rite Way told us the car would be picked up on the scheduled day and had us wait the whole afternoon. We called Rite Way and was assured by a lady there that they spoke twice with the carrier and that it would definitely be picked up that day- it did not, and the carrier said they never spoke with Rite Way. When they did pick up 2 days later, somebody came in an open carrier when we were promised it would be enclosed the whole duration. Rite Way then said it would be transported in an open carrier to a nearby city (about 15 min away) where it would be transported enclosed to the destination. We asked the actual driver and he said he would have to transport it an hour away, to another county, before it would be enclosed. When it was delivered, it was in an open carrier, so throughout the whole transport we have no idea if it was enclosed or not. We paid twice as much to have it in an enclosed transport and have no evidence that it had been transported that way. When I started up the car, the in-dash indicator showed that one of the tires was flat, which was just icing on the cake. I would suggest you go with another broker because this one will just make up lies to appease you. If nothing goes wrong, and you don't have to actually speak with them, then you may have a good experience with them. Unfortunately, this was not the case with us.

We had a great experience with Rite Way Transport. Once you search the web saying that you want to move a vehicle, you will get inundated with offers and calls. Pete called me just after I had decided (but not signed) to go with another company . Pete was super respectful and professional, and not pushy, but suggested I go to the transport reviews site just to make sure about my choice. I did and found out that the transport company I had spoken with had only been in operation for 10 days! I was very glad that Pete helped me do some more research and I decided I really trusted him. He did not dispoarage the other company, but I did note all the positive reviews on Rite Way from the website, as well as the time they had been in business. We even changed our mind about the departure date and location pickup twice and it was no problem. I would definitely recommend Rite Way. The vehicle arrived on time and in great shape. It was a bright spot in our otherwise complicated move.

Rite way Auto Transport with the help from United Auto Carrier did a great job in getting my son s Cavalier to Orlando from California in the seven days they promised to deliver. I was totally happy that the car arrived with no damage. They are a 5 star outfit all the way. Thanks to Jason and Sergey. They are the best as previously mentioned by the other people who submitted reviews.
