Do NOT take your scooter to Power and Play. We had a problem with our scooter starting. Long story short they had it there for 3 weeks and it still wasn't fixed right. We had taken the scooter there on a Saturday and they didn't even look at it until Thursday or Friday of the next week. In the end they refunded our money and we had to take the scooter to another repair shop.

The scooter was fixed the same day at the other place. Power and Play is a nightmare. If I could go lower than one star I would. In fact, I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to go to Power and Play.

This place was very unprofessional, after leaving my atv for repair they said they would call me with an estimate, a week later i had to call them to find out what was going on, all the could tell me was that they were backed up and would need more time, i said no problem. This continued for the next month, when i asked the owner what was going on he said they would get to it whenever he had time. I promptly picked it up dropped it off at another repair shop and had it fixed in a week. This place really sucks.
