A pip tech came to my home for a consultation and after a few minutes of him inspecting the whole house he brought other problems to my attention. He was very polite and clean cut. The service was excellent.

I had bed bugs I called pipthey offered to come out but they told me I would at least have to have 3 treatmentsthey offered the Do It Yourself pest controltelling me I would get more for my buckwith the bedbugs package they sell at the shopthey were very helpful told me where I should dispense the treatment. they took their time we're very courteous and insightful I would definitely recommend p.i.p to my family or friends awesome people

Listen up all you consumers looking to hire an exterminator now or in the future! DO NOT I repeat DO NOT call PIP TERMITE & PEST CONTROL out of Lighthouse Point, FL. This is not an honorable business. I do not even know why they are still in business because since I had the problem with them, I have done research & found there are numerous complaints about this business. I wish I had done the research before spending the $400. I should have gone with instinct & moved on after the initial conversation with the person who answered the phone, Cheryl. Very rude & abrupt. But, I was in a hurry & needed somebody out right away. I wanted a guarantee & went for the 12 month contract. Which in my book means, if you see any of what you are paying to get rid of, then they have to come back out free of charge & re-treat for the whole 12 months. Obviously, it means something else to this company. They wanted me to pay another $200 before they would re-treat, even though my monthly fee was not due for another 16 days. Uh...what does guarantee mean? I do not think PIP knows. They must think it means they guarantee to charge $200 every time they come out, regardless of contract. So DO NOT throw your money away! Call anybody, but PIP TERMITE & PEST CONTROL

I called PIP to evaluate and treat my palms for whitefly, they came out, diagnosed, and treated the same day. The technician, Scott, was friendly and proficient. While at my house he made several recommendations (that didn't cost us any money) to mitigate insects in our home.



Great team, great value, great service - I highly recommend and will use them for future services!

PIP has always offered me the correct advise for my pest needs. They totally removed all of my Termites, And contiue to offer professional and courteous service. I highly recommend them

Not very friendly or help full on phone or skilled in there business, Hire someone else
