Too bad it is not possible to give a rating of zero stars, which might even be generous. Pool was having problems and their test only showed that chlorine was low and stabilizer was high. Come to find out the tech (who I was told "isn't very good") must have put in 100 instead of the 10 it was. So now I need salt, and calcium, and stabilizer with a pool that won't be suitable for swimming for a while.....and I get to brush, brush, brush. So, if they know he "isn't very good" the appropriate question is "then why is he allowed to do testing?" Don't waste your money on this bs store.

Don't bother dealing with the Pinch a Penny on Dixie Highway in Pompano Beach. The owner is a world class jerk and there have to be other places that can at least act like they want your business.
