Great Customer Service. I signed up for a Safegaurd insurance plan with this company about 3 months ago. The fella I talked to on the phone was so nice that instead of calling the actual insurance carrier, I've been calling him with all of my questions. I called him once about what doctors I could visit, and he spent almost an hour talking to me giving me name after name after name of doctors that I could go to with my plan. Then i called back about two days later with a few questions about perscriptions, he again took time out and spoke with me and answered my questions. The plan I signed up for is exactly what I needed. Health Line One is highly recommended by me!!

I recieved a call from a very friendly young man sometime in early october of 2011. He responded immediately to my insurance quote request and patiently explained to me each of my options. Once we decided on a plan, he explained every detail very thoughouly and got me through the application process very quickly. I have been on this plan for almost four months, and it is everything he had told me it would be. I couldn't be happier with my decision and my plan.
