Yohanny did a great job with my relaxer BUT I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the "trim" she gave me. My hair was down to the middle of my back, after the trim, it is slightly at my shoulders. I was SHOCKED!!!!!! I wanted to cry when I saw all of my hair on the ground. Since when does a trim mean cut off half of a person's hair????????? I called Yohanny a few days later to let her know that I was not happy with how much hair she "trimmed." She was minimally apologetic. She kept saying that she needed to cut off that much hair in order to maintain the layered cut I had. I was angered and annoyed by her response. I have been maintaining this layered cut for 3 years w/routine trims--my former stylist NEVER EVER cut off as much hair as Yohanny did when she gave me a trim. It seems that while Yohanny may have good technique (relaxing hair and the actual cut is nice, just NOT what I asked for) she lacks the ability to really listen to what clients are asking her to do. Johanny posses great skills . I felt like I was in my native land. without a doubt johanny knows how to perm and color your hair. I must say her 15 plus years of experience are demonstrated has she embraces your hair. I must say she really loves what she does and make you feel welcome.
