I will not use this company again! There was no estimate given and the work done did not match invoice. I was charged over double for the labor/ time charge since I had supplied all parts and In the end half my sprinklers were not running properly, I was trying to save money, but this was rediculous. Another lesson learned.

Very Disappointed with this company. First had to wait many days for appointment. Then needed new pump and had to wait many more days for installation. Secondly, technician claimed that all sprinklers were working when in fact one sprinkler was not rotating properly. This is one customer that would not use this company again.

I've been using B&R for the last 20 years, and have always been happy with their professionalism, timeliness and reasonable pricing. Toleiha is always cheerful and helpful, and I would happily recommend them for any sprinkler systems and repairs!

Don't look for anyother company!!!! You've found what you need with B & R Industries.

I had a problem with my sprinkler system and read the reviews about this company in the yp.com online site. So I took a chance and called the office. From the minute the most friendly and happy voice answered the phone, I knew I was in good hands. They showed up when scheduled and within minutes found my problem, a broken pipe in the ground and quickly had it repaired. Shane, who was the tech, was very skilled and a pleasure to talk with while he located and solved my problem. I will only recommend this company to anyone I know who has a problem with their system. And I found their charges to be most reasonable.

B&R is a great company and very flexiable with schedule. They are a pleasure to work with and I would recommend their services to anyone!

I just wanted to let you know how happy I was to work with B&R Industries, Inc. I was having sprinkler problems, and my dad went to B&R for supplies because the local hardware stores couldn't help us. Not only did he get the supplies,the workers had us email pictures of our sprinkler system to make sure we were getting the necessary parts. Tolehia was there helping us every step of the way and helped us until our problem was solved!! She was even "nosey" and contacted me just to see how things were working out. That is one commited worker! My lawn and I are very happy to have the sprinklers working again. Thanks for everything!

I have used this company to maintain and repair the sprinklers at our home for nearly a decade. They ALWAYS keep their appointments on a timely basis, and professionally complete the job, no matter how difficult. And their professional fees and expenses are remarkably fair. I would recommend them to anyone.

WE CALLED B & R TO SLEEVE OUR DRIVEWAY FOR A SPRINKLER JOB THAT ANOTHER CO. COULD NOT DO. TALIA WAS INCREDIBLE CALLING US BACK IMMEDIATELY AND JAMES WAS THERE TO DO THE JOB @ 8 AM AND HE FINISHED THE JOB WITHIN 2 HOURS. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND VERY RESPONSIBLE! I am a single divorced mother with three children and fixed income The sprinklers/irrigation system for my house would go on at all different times and some zones even flooded my neighbors yards!

I called B & R Industries on a reccomendation of my co-worker and they took my phone call and were compassionate and understanding about my delima and budget. They came to my house the very next day with an apointment around my schedule and within no time at all my problems were gone and at an affordable price - my water bill has even decreased!

YES - I see why they were reccommended to me and Iwill also do the same as the professionalism from start to finish was superior!

My children and I (even the neighbor) thanks you.

We have been with B&R for 15 years. They have installed and maintained all our properties with the most professional, friendly and reliable service. B&R is a very professional ,dedicated and on time company . They always go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. They should be the industry model for teaching "CUSTOMER SERVICE."

B & R Industries Inc has serviced and repaired all of my sprinkler and irrigation requirements for the last 10 years. From the onset, the company's professionalism, dedicated customer service and its field technician's genuine effort to do the best job at a reasonable price were evident. When I became aware that our HOA was soliciting bids for a new sprinkler contractor, I immediately made our management company aware of B & R Industries. Not surprisingly, the management company was also aware of the B & R Industries outstanding reputation for service and was already communicating with B & R management about our community's needs. If you're looking for a professional company that will provide you all-inclusive service and satisfaction at a fair price...call B & R Industries.

Very reliable company. They care about their customers and do a great job. I have been using this company for over 20 years.

I have been using B & R Ineendustries for the past several several years to check my residential yard sprinkler system on a monthly basis to keep it in top operating condition. On a regularly scheduled monthly basis they clean and adjust the sprinkler heads, as required, and make sure the time clock is properly set for current moisture requirements and local watering restrictions. If a problem appears between visits, after notification they are "Johnny on the spot" taking care of it in a timely and cost efficient manner. I highly recommend them for system maintenance, either on a regular basis or for specific system problems.

great job .I now have green grass. outstanding workmanship and great people to deal with.

I absolutely do not recommend B&R Industries to anyone unless you want to get ripped off. They came out the first time to fix our sprinklers. Once my husband and I laid the sod down and started using the sprinklers, we realized they were still not working properly.



I contacted B&R and received no response. I contacted them again and was told someone would be by. Someone did show up and spent another hour and 15 minutes working on the sprinklers and 15 minutes talking to one of people who mows the lawns in our community.



They charged us twice for something that should have been done right the first time. Shame on me for paying them! The sprinklers were not working after their second visit and I was given an excuse for why one of the sprinklers was leaking. I sent an email to the owner and she didn't even have the decency to return my email. It was leaking because it was incorrectly installed. There is absolutely no pride taken in their work. It is shoddy and unprofessional.



My husband ended up fixing the sprinkler himself.
