I had alpha install my hurricane impact sliders five years ago .
Unfortunately, one of the handles broke off in my hand the other day and I could no longer open close or lock the doors .
I contacted Alpha and spoke to Monique who went out of her way to assist me in finding replacement handles and someone to install them .
I read some of the Google reviews and was very disappointed to see some negative reviews because my experience with this company has been outstanding .

This company did a great job installing what was ordered correctly. After 4 months, the job is still not finished, stickers on my windows waiting for inspection, heck can’t even order the right door handles. They are non-responsive, worst customer service I have ever had to deal with, ever. The window manufacturer Assura (PGT) even worse customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

I had an awful experience with Alpha Window and Doors from beginning to now (pending completion) and would not recommend them - I would strongly urge anyone thinking of entering into a contract to strongly reconsider. Office staff are rude, management is non-responsive until pushed and there is a real disconnect amongst office staff, management and technicians. They delivered the 8 windows for the initial install but they were not as ordered - the windows sat in their warehouse for more than 2 months yet no one bothered to check the order to make sure they were right. After the windows were finally installed no one did a walk-through knowing they installed a broken window and were missing a number of parts. Alpha Windows takes no pride in their workmanship - sloppy install, no clean-up after done, shoddy caulking, delivered screens 3 times either ripped or buckled and now upon the final delivery the frame is bent on 3. Failed the first inspection since they didn't complete the install as contracted or code. They subcontract with less than desirable people. I had 3 very expensive items stolen from my garage yet no one seemed concerned or followed-up. I could go on and on but would fill far too much space. The bottom line is I met my contractual obligations yet they did not and regret the day I ever signed a contract with the company.

What a great company! The salesman Ron was always available with any questions I had and the office called me right away when my parts came in to schedule installation. The installers did a great job also and left no mess behind. Had to have a few screens adjusted, but the overall experience was amazing. Deff would recommend to anyone.

I would like to say that I had an excellent experience with Alpha. The manager Sean has great customer service and dealt with all of my questions. It was very easy to make the appointment and installation. Thank you very much Alpha!!!

I just wanted to send you a note to thank you and your team for all your help on my window/door replacement project. I am very happy with the results and it looks great! From the initial meeting everything was very straight forward and all the steps were explained clearly. Everything moved along very promptly and professionally, right through to the final inspection.



The installation by Leon and Eddie went very smoothly and they are clearly very a experienced and hardworking crew. They were always on-time, very friendly and got right to work and did not stop for a minute. I got tired just watching them! They answered all my questions and completed a very clean installation without damage to surrounding floors, sills and walls. (yeaaaaaa!) They really know what they are doing and I could not ask for a better installation.



Obviously you guys have your act together and it was a pleasure dealing with the Alpha Window and Door team. Its so rare to find an contractor who is honest, professional, customer oriented and delivers what they say.



Needless to say I will recommend your company to everyone I know who is considering window/door replacement.

We are very pleased with the way the company treated us, they answered all our questions and doubts. Even the inspector stated what a great job the installers did with our installation. Now we can enjoy our new windows and doors

They were very professional from estimate to follow up to install. Not the cheapest not the most expensive but the best choice. My Boynton inspector even said they were done good.

Last year I had alpha install new windows in my apartment and I was very satisfied with the outcome. Since my wife and i are expending our family, we recently decided to trust them with our new house and it turned out to be the right decision. now with the upcoming hurricane season, i can sleep quietly, knowing that my family is protected.

I selected Alpha Windows after careful research. This is a GREAT company. My sales representative Daniel did an excellent job throughout the process. He was extremely professional. I had installed 7 windows, 2 over-sized sliders and 1 pool bath door this

past May 2013. I am extremely pleased with Alpha. The install was so very professional. The installers and the project manager really wanted to do a good job. The made sure everything was installed professionally and that I was fully satisfied. Alpha made

sure the inspection went smoothly. In fact, the Miami-Dade inspector said the windows were installed very well. I highly recommend Alpha to anyone thinking of installing windows in South Florida. Their pricing is very reasonable, the service is superb, and

you get excellent windows for your home. Go with Alpha.

Called and Chad came out the following day. He inspected all existing doors and windows. Made recommendations. Explained the differences in the products he carries. Showed us how he they would install the doors and windows. Went over several options on a rear sliding door and fixed window lay out. Showed us how the different combinations would look and the structural concerns with the different layouts. He gave us a complete itemized quote with all pricing and product model numbers. Super nice guy. Very knowledgeable with all his products and installation. He also invited us up to their show room so we could see the actual windows and doors he quoted. It was very informative and everyone in the office was very nice and knowledgeable on their products. He even came back later with a discount they were offering for end of month sale.

Unfortunately we did instal any new windows and doors. But if we did I would have definitely used Alpha Window and Doors.

Chad was great to work with. I would highly recommend having Alpha Windows and Doors to come out and give you a quote.

We contracted with Alpha Windows & Doors for replacement of all of our home windows & doors with their hurricane-code approved impact resistant units. They performed exactly on time and their crew of installers were excellent in their demolition and installations. They endeavored to honor all of our requests regarding the install and were careful and exact in their work. Infinite details were addressed in order to attain the permit approval and sign-off at the first inspection. I would recommend Alpha to anyone needing this for their home and the product from T & M is excellent.

Alpha Windows and Doors did a wonderful job replacing my 10 windows and sliding glass door. The windows also help to cut down the outside noise. Richard Goodman was the representative who came to the condo. He explained how the windows were made and suggested I go to the factory. I and my neighbors, who were also replacing there windows, went to Pompano Beach to see how they were manufactured. Very impressive. I highly recommend this company if you are considering upgrading your windows. Thanks for the wonderful job. Sandra L
