NOT WORTH A STAR

Never showed within the time scheduled and when I called numerous times, I received no call back. Tech showed up 2 hours after the 3 hour window and told us he did not have the parts but would come back to install parts Monday. Ha, what a joke, never came Monday, scheduled us for Tuesday and then never showed up again!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW THROUGH. Never use these people. With the economy the way it is, use someone that actually cares about you! We chose All Florida Garage Door Service and they were fantastic!

One of my garage door springs broke an hour before my daughter's graduation. I called Allied and they said they will be at my house the next day between 12 and 5 pm. I waited and called them several times even left a message, they never answered, called or showed-up. I missed all my appointments that day. TERRIBLE, DO NOT HIRE THEM. Then call Florida garage door that was available.
