Very unprofessional..waited for almost an hour after the screen said 13 minutes. Finally after being taken in the tech person although nice didn't know how or where to stick the needle. It was quite a horrific experience.. Had to stop and try to regain some composure, I don't even know how I made it to the car...Now I have to go back...only this time i'm going to a different one. Very disappointed, usually these guys are good at what they do.
