I had bought my interior doors from Grand Opening previously so when I wanted a custom sliding door made to match the others but with custom inserts of frosted glass I thought Ken would be the man to ask and assist me. I happened to be in Pasadena for some other hardware and there was a beautiful door store next to where I was shopping. I stopped in to ask some questions and the salesman was so gracious and helpful, even drew up a sketch for me. I told him I did want to check with our regular guy also to see if he could do it being it was so close to home. Plus, I wanted to keep the business local. He was fine with that. He probably knew he had outstanding doors and accessories. However, when I went to Grand Openings Ken basically shunned me however, Judy was sweet enough to take my measurements and said they will check with the manufacture, Trustile and get back with me. I never heard back from them so, I went back to Pasadena and placed my order along with some fabulous sliding barn style wall hardware. By the time I left that store I was a couple thousand dollars lighter but what a delightful experience it was. Cheryl from San Dimas
