My binoculars have a limited lifetime warranty. The rubber eye cup split. I attempted warranty service but their customer service and warranty department will not respond to my repeated e-mail requests for assistance. The only way that a customer can contact them is by e-mail using their web page which I did. They do not accept phone calls. Very poor customer service beware!
