My husband and I were looking to get the front of our house stuccoed with stone and after several quotes from numerous contractors, we decided to go with 5 Star Perez. Walter and his team removed all the old wood siding and installed all new plywood, and didn't cut corners like all the other contractors who wanted to stucco over our old wood, and charge us more for it. The stucco and stone work was excellent, we got many compliments from our neighbors. We got a fair price and his team was efficient and detailed. Walter updated us through the whole process and kept open communication. Highly recommend 5 star Perez and we'll use them for future projects.

Walter and his crew worked at my parents house on a remodel project. He came highly recommended by a coworker of mine who had worked with him on two big projects in his home. I instantly took a liking to Walter and his crew of professionals.

I was amazed that after the first day, the inside of the house was unrecognizable. I couldn't believe the difference just one day made with the look of the house. He was always on time and was there in the trenches working with his guys. The project finally started taking shape after a couple of weeks, largely due to a floor problem and a couple other minor issues we ran into that he quickly addressed and fixed!

Other than that, I took his many recommendations and suggestions for ideas on how the remodel should take place. He also took my suggestions as well and worked with them. My parents were there throughout the project and they took a liking to Walter and his crew as well.

Overall, the results were absolutely great! My parents now have more room in the living room, a brand new bathroom, central cooling/heating among many other improvements.

I will certainly keep his contact information for future projects!

Walter and his crew did an excellent job in enclosing our patio! My wife and I are very pleased with the outcome. We lived in a 30 year old gated condo community with more than 240 units and ours w!as the best patio enclosure ever done! We are really proud of what Walter and his crew have done!

Once again, Walter & his crew delivered beyond my expectations. He gutted and remodeled my kitchen, replumbed my entire home, and rewired allot of the electrical in my 107yr old home in 2016.
In 4 days flat this week, his crew added another 1/2 bath, and installed two really large closets. I love my new additions. He does awesome work! Very detail oriented and he respects the historical charm of my home. He goes out of his way to please. He is great at communicating so there were no unexpected surprises. Very reliable, courteous, respectful, and super easy going. I have another huge project for Walter to begin around May 2017, and I wouldn't think of contracting anybody else. I highly recommend 5 star Perez Development.

Having Walter and his crew complete our kitchen and bath remodels was such a wonderful experience! They were fast making sure they worked within our deadlines but took the time with the small details that made both remodels turn out beautiful. Walter encouraged us to let him know if there was anything no matter how small that we were unhappy with and when we did he was very professional and fixed it to how we wanted it with no problems. We are going to have more work done in a few months and will use him again. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor, they do great work and are easy to work with.

Walter has done two jobs for me during the past few months. He does what he promises on time and on budget without any problems. He is easy to work with and has great communication skills. I am about to use him for a third job. Highly recommended!

Walters crew remodeled our 2 bathrooms and our laundry room. Finished the job on schedule (one month) and with excellent workmanship. A number of suggestions were made to improve the original concept and no additional back charges were added at the end. Fast, courteous, professional and very competitive. What more can you ask for?

Walter (contractor) and his crew are excellent. They completed my home construction on-time and was were always punctual. Walter was always on-site working along side his crew, so there was no need to subcontract the work to others. He was available via text, email, or phone calls. He kept me updated on the home contraction progress daily. After my home construction was finished, Walter has been available if I needed her services make any minor changes to his work. His work has a one year guarantee, but I am sure he'll be happy to make himself available, if the need arises after a year for a minimal or free cost.

This company is amazing! Walter Perez (previously Perez Development) is the most talented contractor ever! Whether it's a repair or rebuild or remodel or new construction-he not only follows the plans but always thinks ahead on what needs to be done to complete the job better than you expected! He's done everything on my house from floors to plumbing to a new roof- to building me a new (and awesome) patio! The workers are efficient and hard working and know their business. They work from morning to night until the job is done! They are clean and fast. When 5 Star Perez tells you 2 weeks- it really is 2 weeks and not 4 or 5!!! I will definitely call this company again! If I could give 10 stars -I would!

Walter and his team are fantastic. They were extremely professional, did a great job and gave us information about how and why they did what they did. They did not hesitate to help us with another small problem we asked them to fix when they finished the first job. They were quick to completely finish both jobs, cleaned up afterwards and were very considerate. We will use them again in the future.

These crew was great! My wife and I just purchase our first house, the house needed some TLC I contact Walter from Perez Development they came in did everything that we needed (Fence, seal around our bathtub, seal our new floor). Excellent Service! I recommend their service to anyone looking for a true professional in the business.
