I have a friend who is in this nursing care facility; she was put there to start with to rehabilitate but has gone down hill ever since she was placed there. Many times I have called her and she wanted to die because her care was so bad and she felt that no one would listen to her. Her complaints are many from not receiving meds on proper time, or they changed a med because it cost to much. Not cleaned properly, had bed sores, would not take her complaints serious when she felt she need to see her doctor.

She is a large woman and they use a lift to get her up but if the don't want to fool with the lift they just don't get around to getting her up.

This is just a little of her complaints, I liv e in another state and I am limited in what I can do because I am disabled. But I have heard enough to know I wouldn't want to be there and I don't want my friend there; and I don't recommend this home to anyone else.
