The whole experience was very positive. From the inital contact with Shannon, and through the mice and chipmunk removal from my attic and garden area. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and reliable. Has a great knowledge of the critters habits and best way to remove them. Even took time to follow up to make sure the critters have not returned.

We called Shannon at All American Animal Control concerned we had flyin squirrels in the ceiling above the kitchen. Shannon answered the phone the first time I called, listened to my concerns, diagnosed the problem and took the time to explain the solution. He went to the house that evening to confirm his suspicion, quoted me a price and gave me a rough timeframe of when the work would be completed. Work was completed on schedule, squirrels were removed without harm, Shannon kept in constant communication, keeping me in the know step by step, returned to the home multiple times to insure the squirrels were unable to enter the home. We could not have asked for better service or a better experience.
