I requested an estimate for a vinyl liner replacement, which they promptly and thoroughly did. I also set a date to winterize the pool since they had $165 price. Well, the price isn't $165 since they want to use their own chemicals. They didn't send me the liner estimate after I reached out 4 TIMES. They finally told me the estimate "took a back seat". The day of the closing it rained. They pushed my closing out almost a full week and said it was easier to push me out to the end instead of rescheduling with other customers. Horrible customer service. Not saying don't use them, just providing my experience that I hope you find helpful.
