Sells unbuildible land and when it goes to tax sale he scoops them up again. I did some research on our property and found out he did this at least three times with ours. He got a fraudulent septic desigin permit and title insurance. You can call Monroe County yourself if you doubt this review at all. Lot 100 section 2 of Barton Glen Community in Bartonsville. No wonder he didn't offer to build our home. He knew he couldn't build on it. Learned my lesson the hard way. I now do my research before. My bad.
