Provided by YP.comThis review is specifically about the Pocatello, Lowes. I spend roughly 250,000 a year at Lowes servicing all the apartment I own. My experience here in Pocatello has been negligent at best.
I paid $13,850 to have some siding replaced, and my roof to be redone. When they came to do my siding, instead of replacing it, as the contract we have says, the filled all the broken parts in with caulk, and left it looking awful. They filled areas as large as both my fist with plain white caulk.
My roof was supposed to be FINISHED, by July 05 2018. It is now almost September, and my roof has not even began. Despite the fact that I have paid in full, Lowes has stood my up NINE times, with literally not so much as a call to let me know that I'm being stood up.
The leaks in my roof have caused damage to my apartments in the time I have been waiting for Lowes to honor their agreements.
I've moved all of my Pocatello business to Home Depot.
