I went to Commercial Tires to fix a broken lug bolt. I was there for about 3 hours. Commercial Tires informed me that they inspected the vehicle and gave me an estimate of almost $700 for other things that they insisted that needed to be fixed. They used scare tactics and told me that I shouldn't drive the vehicle until I had them fixed. I took the vehicle to Brian's Tire Factory and they changed out the tie rod, but nothing else on Commercial Tire's list of problems was found. My son said that he had been given an estimate for things that he supposedly needed for his vehicle, but didn't need. He mentioned that his friends also been given false information about problems with their vehicles. Beware of Commercial Tire.
