Great people, service, and workmanship.

They gave me a quote to do the work but when they came to do it they jumped the price by more than 2x. and said they couldn't evenb do they job when they said they would. Completely un-prepared to do the task that was outlined clearly.

When my water heater broke, Chaud Company was recommended by the manufacturer who was warranting the product, and I didn't have time to get quotes from other plumbers or to fix it myself. After I received their seemingly excessive invoice, I contacted other plumbing companies to get quotes for the same job. Everyone provided quotes that were significantly less than I was charged by Chaud Co. Some were less than half as much – even those who included the cost of a brand new (and better) water heater quoted less. Chaud Co. has not replied to my request for an explanation of their costs.On the plus side, I have not had any problems with the new water heater. So their expensive work is at least decent.

Very professional and excellent service! Great for emergency needs.
