Since graduating from Utah's College of Massage Therapy, I have graduated with a BS degree in Dietetics from Idaho State University and hold a Board License as a Dietitian in the State of Idaho. I am also certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a NASM certified personal trainer. I am dedicated to helping clients through massage, fitness, or nutrition improve health and wellness by providing experience and expertise.
