I was in a bind and could not believe they had the specialized part we needed. I will be doing business with them from now on. I apologize for the harsh review years ago. We had a misunderstanding and they have gone above and beyond to service me.

I found the whole operation lacking, from the poor customer service of the initial phone call I placed for 80 button socket cap screws to my shock at the bag of 800 screws they tried to sell me when I came in to pick up my order. They are not grainger that's for sure.
