Same meal twice bad deal!

Monticello screwed up my order and made good with $20 and 2 free meals. I went to 494/55 Plymouth with my girlfriend...we were served at least 4 hour old food, it was terrible. We were the only Customers there; we know why. That was the laziest display of customer service we ever saw. We honestly thought they pulled our food out of the garbage. We did not deserve it.
