My wife was contacted by someone over the phone concerning supplying diabetic supplies. Apparently, the call center employee managed to get enough information to make the "sale". Somehow this account was one that was passed around from Pharmacy to Pharmacy and every effort on our part to cancel the prescription fell on deaf ears. Rock City Pharmacy was one of many in a chain that managed to continue to send up supplies and charge our insurance. The also billed us $20 a month until the balance was racked up and they passed it to a new pharmacy.
