Closed their shop with 2 of my computers!!!! No return calls!!! Court day next!! Had numerous problems near their end!!

I'm very pleased with the kind, thorough, and engaged service Paul provides me. I've been bringing my computer issues to Plymouth Computers for years and plan to continue doing so. I've purchased two computers from them, both performed beyond expectations, have had them upgrade my hard drives a couple times, and have done physical repairs. Paul is professional, fair, and delivers exactly what he promises in terms of service and cost. I wouldn't take my business to another!

I took my laptop to Plymouth Computers after getting the "black screen of death". After performing free diagnostics, Plymouth Computer's Paul confirmed my fears that it was the motherboard, and was honest about the options. I chose to have it repaired, and once the part came in he hustled to get it ready, staying after hours, and the bill came to exactly what he'd quoted. I would definitely do business here again!
