Called the night before about getting my grandfather clock repaired. had to leave a message but he called back within about an hour and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Arrived on time and oiled and repaired the clock as well as adjusted the movement to resolve an issue. Was reasonably quick and professional. have used him for many years and am always well satisfied with the work he does.

he return my call right away, gave me an appointment the next day, and show up on time even a little early which was ok, started right into cleaning and oiling our floor clock, very efficient left the clock and work area very clean, answered any questions I had and advised on how to run the clock better, location was close by which I wanted. the clock is running like it should, I will continue to use his services
