I scheduled an appointment with this company several days in advance, explaining that we were preparing a property for sale (asap) and would need to travel considerable distance to be on site for the appointment. I received & responded to an email confirmation. No one showed up for the appointment, nor called to cancel or reschedule. Phone and email messages requesting a follow-up call by 10 am the next day were set. With no response, I called to learn that a "family emergency" intervened and was told they could reschedule for later in the week. I requested that we be worked in earlier and told they might be able to make it at the end of the day, with no guarantee. Later, I was told by the owner, Randal J. Cizek, the soonest they could fit us in was 2 weeks away. Seriously? I was astonished. This is no way to conduct business.

just had our screens redone today(long overdue) Brian showed up right on time and did a amazing job taking out and redoing the screens right outside with his work truck! Very impressed with the service and would recommend this company! 2 thumbs up. Thanks again Brian for the great and fast work.

We have had Diamond Window Cleaners do our windows twice a year for two years now and they are a pleasure to work with. They arrive on time as promised, they get the work done without interupting my routine and the guys are even a pleasure to talk with. I have referred them to my mother as well and she like them so much she even referred them to her neighbors. A very reputable company that I would highly recommend.

Diamond Window Cleaners has been doing our windows since 2003. They are always on time, never a problem with their work and their guys are neat and polite. When our other window cleaner did not show up and we could not get in contact with them, we called Diamond Window Cleaners out of the phone book and they helped us out with our storefront in a tight situation right away. Diamond Window Cleaners did a great job for me. They arrived on time as promised, neatly dressed and did not mess up my house. My windows look great, too. They even had their insurance agent fax me their insurance certificate the same day I asked. And the Better Business Bureau gave them a good rating when I called.

Great service. I would recommend them to anyone!!!
