I had been searching for a new road bike for a few weeks and really hadn't found exactly what I wanted. Sometimes it was the bike or a salesman that was too pushy. I was driving by Cycleville on my way home from a work meeting and was really glad I stumbled upon this shop. The owner, Jim, was a easy going gentleman and answered all my questions as well as helping me select a bike that matched my needs. I decided on a Bianchi - I'm so happy to have a different bike from the brands you see everyday! He actually had a bike in stock that was the right model but wasn't exactly the correct size for me. Instead of sticking me on that bike (and I wouldn't have known any better) he ordered a different one for me on the perfect size! After I purchased the bike he has called to check in and has answered different questions with great patience. I live an hour away and I continue to purchase my bike apparel and accessories from him because of his genuine knowledge. When I buy my next bike it will be from Cycleville! Thanks Jim!
