Should have did a SEARCH and read reviews! All are true. Low class place. K woman charged me twice what quoted on phone. Cut was fair but perm over cooked! Will take 2 mts. to grow out. Phone rang nonstop from friends. K stylist took a "cigs" smoke break! Gets a "0" star overall. Nothing good here, but leaving! Lady even held out hand for tip money! Asked if I wanted change for tip. Talk about pressure to give more money. I was embarrassed for her and myself.

Last week went for cut and perm both were duds! This place must use cheap dollar store products while charing huge prices. The stylist also pretended NOT to have any change for my large bill to pocket the change for tip! The phone did ring a lot making me nervous that she wasn't paying close attention to my hair day. That is why she "fried" the ends I suppose. Would not give this place even one star! Men in and out with coffee, sandwiches, and donuts. You'd THINK it was a pick-up place not a hair salon.?!?!?!

"K" girl gave me the worst perm ever. When I tried to talk with her, she was down and dirty hateful. She proceeded to "fire me as a client" stating she gave "perfect perms" and cursed at me. I have never been anymore insulted by anyone!. She should loose her licence. BAD NEWS low-end salon. Stay home & save you hard earned $$$.

Just moved to Ply fr Boston. Went in for simple layered cut. Hair was uneven on left side. Next day called to inquire "why" girl blew up at me "what did you do to your hair after leaving my chair?" Said she had to make a living therefore a second charge of $20. was occurred to "correct" the issue. She got me for $55 + $10 tip for a simple cut! Poor ethics. Upon leaving saw urine abounding in a coed stinky bathroom with a shower stall full of personal junk. Weird salon?! Smoky at entry way from girls cigs. Forget this Nightmare Joint. Back to Boston for me. Nightmare to avoid.

Stylists ALWAYS on the phone while serving clients, foul language used, vulgar jokes told between stylists. Tempers flair when customer complains about stylist "forgetting about their time for nails, brows, waxes, cut, color, perm, etc." due to eating, smoking, and mostly talking on the PHONE to friends, family and each other. Stylists bring children to work that distract and take from time spent on client. Husbands, family, and boyfriends always dropping by, calling to chat causing stylist to "forget or lose their train of thought." NOT a professional salon with stylists offering inmaturity to clients instead of quality customer care. In need of a Receptionist plus an overall make-over. CASH only. Prices not befitting to stylist or experience. Tacky, lacks an overall sense of professionalism. Save your CASH. Customer service awful due to mistakes by stylists for mixing personal life with business. If stylist is having a BAD day client suffer worse. No Second Look here or stars here!
