We board our house rabbit, Benjamin at Kinner Kennels. They also clip his nails when needed. He is pretty special to us. We know that we don't have to worry about the care he's getting. Amy and the Staff are great!! Linda and Ed N.

When my wife and I went on vacation we left our Australian sheperd at Kinner Kennels. The staff was very professional and caring. Our dog had never not been boarded before, so the staff called us that evening to tell us they had spent extra time with him and he was doing fine. They really care about the dogs they take care of.

We recently boarded our dog with Amy and her staff. We were very pleased with the facility, cleanliness and accommodations that they provided. We took our dog there a few times for daycare to ensure our dog would adjust to boarding, and they gave me peace of mind at how well my dog settled in. Our dog loved staying there during our vacation, and actually I don't think he was ready to come home, when we arrived to pick him up. We will definitely keep them in mind for all of our future boarding needs. We highly recommend Kinner Kennels.

Very disappointed. I had called two weeks in advance about boarding my dogs there, but when I got there, they claimed I had said I was just doing daycare. I never would have mentioned daycare, so I don't understand why they would think that, I even checked next day pick up times with them before hand. They said they didn't have any kennels available for them staying over night, but they would keep them in the office over night and charge me more. I reluctantly agreed. They offered to hold them when I signed papers, but the quickly took them away without letting me really say good bye.

I came to pick them up in the morning because I had a bead feeling. They were suppose to give me a report card on what my older dog was doing ( he has panic attacks so i wanted to make sure he was fine) she said she wasnt able to do it because i picked them up a little bit early. I asked if she had at least written some notes and she said no. They kept telling me the dogs were really good, but when I asked them to be a little more specific with what they did, how they behaved and such things, they just ignored it and continued to repeat the dogs were really good.

They gave me back the pillow, bones, and toy i had wanted to be put in with them, and you could tell, they never took the items out of the bag.

they kept assuring me that they just went potty outside, when walking to my car they were pulling me towards the grass, but the worker kept saying they already went and hurried them in the car. all the way home they whined and i didnt know why till i let them inside and they bolted for the back door. the puppy had a accident by the back door and the older dog couldnt get outside fast enough. it looked like they hadnt gone in a long time.

They also smelled very bad like they had been in a kennel for a week, not less then 24 hours.

one positive thing I will say is that my dogs did seem to like the staff. My older dog especially doesn't like just anybody, so at least they were nice to them.
