Provided by YP.comSunroom Escapes was awesome to work with. Very knowledgeable and professional. The are definitely craftsmen and not a fly by night company you can't ever reach again. I was kept informed of each step of the process. They happily explained what they were doing to go above and beyond my expectations. They were quick (4 days to build a 12x12 4 season porch) and were amazing in keeping things picked up and clean. I highly recommend this company. In addition to the professionalism, they were just a fun group of guys who did a great job!

Provided by YP.comMy sunroom is a giant piece of C@#P. Many, many mistakes. The two week project took four months to pass city inspection. I was asked to make a list of problems and when presented, Carlson tells me I am being nitpicky and doesn't do much. Enough to pass the city inspection, but still the mistakes are noticeable. All work is subcontracted and any warranty problems you have will be referred to them. If you need more room, move.
My company did every thing we could to satisfy this customer. this room was built 3 years ago this room did not only pass city inspection, but we had the manufacture rep come in to show him the room was built correctly he stood the rep up 2 times before we finally caught him home this man is a loose cannon to say the least . I gave him 1600.00 off the the contract, he received another 800.00 from the builders insurance co. when they told him it was his roof that caused the damage to his back wall not the sunroom I came to the conclution this man can't be satisfied by anyone he lives for thing like this trying to destroy the reputation of a good co. I have been in business for 5 years and have built many, many sunrooms with no other complaints. there are some people that just don't want to be happy with anything! owner Sunroom Escapes
