To start with, the food was not anything worth bragging about. At our tasting I thought the food tasted like it was weeks old. My husband thought it was ok, and thought I was being overly picky. At the wedding, the meat tasted as though it had been under a warmer for a long period of time. My husband thought the same. I had numerous guests saying they could hear she the boss of the catering company who I hired screaming and yelling at her employees. She was using vulgar language, how immature and is totally against the law! I'm surprised she even has employees. That is the last thing I want to hear on my wedding day is the catering company manager yelling at her employees and making a scene. I do NOT recommend this catering company.
