Concrete PRF replaced a double-garage apron.The existing apron had a crack running the width and had dropped 2" down from the garage floor.The entire experience working with Concrete PRF and Kevin Jones was amazing. I emailed my work request and got a response within a few minutes. He got back to me with an estimate within a day or so. The price was good. We arranged to have the work done at a later time. Kevin was always available by cell phone at any time to address my concerns. When the time came, Kevin's crew dropped off the equipment unobtrusively. I went to work and came home to a PERFECT apron. It is deeper than the standard. It was brushed gently. The work site was clean. There is no messy patching or smoothing to meet the existing concrete. The neighbors commented on how hard and how efficiently the crew worked. Concrete PRF does large, lovely jobs, and they did the same quality work on my humble job. Neighbors have used other contractors large and small. As I look at the work done by others, I all the more appreciate Concrete PRF's work. I whole-heartedly recommend Concrete PRF.

I had a scheduled appointment for an estimate. I took the morning off from work to meet the estimator. Nobody showed up, no phone call, nothing. Then two days later I get an email saying they are backed up and couldn't get to my job until late summer. Nice timely message. Needless to say, I will never use this company. If you're too busy then tell me you're too busy, is it really that hard?? I'd suggest Paragon. Much better customer service!!

I work for a large company in Des Moines and was looking on the company boards to see if I could find a good company to get a new garage. My current garage had large gaps in the floor and one corner was sinking in the ground. The floor was not up to current standards as it didn't have any re bar and the garage was starting to show damage from the uneven floor. It also had only a 6 foot tall door which limited what vehicles we could park in it. Concrete PRF was highly recommended by everyone. I gave them a call and was not disappointed. Kevin helped me through the entire process, gave me honest answers, and made the entire process easy. In no time at all I had a brand new garage built exactly like I wanted. I now had attic storage and a 7 foot tall door. My new garage floor is awesome. My new garage is amazing and I am so happy I went with Kevin and Concrete PRF.
