I had an apt with Diane for a haircut, color, weave. When I arrived I again told her exactley what I wanted. A Trim to clear a bad haircut given 6 months ago, the same dark color I had on my head and a blond weave. Easy right?? Well not so easy, my hair is a lighter version of what I had, my weave is orange and my haircut....is uneven one side is thin the other side thick. when holding up a section of hair you can see how uneven it is cut. I called Diane expecting great customer service but instead got insulted, told I was a lieing thief and then hung up on each time I tried to explain my concerns. Finally after not getting anywhere I stopped payment on my ck. She again insulted me by saying I was dishonest and a thief. What I expected was a curtious professional hair consultant that would be concerned about my very bad cut and color. If you care about your hair beware of this hair stylest. She claims to have over 20 years experience, but I didnt see it.



This is the first time I have ever stopped payment on a check to a hair dresser. I probably would have given her 1/2 but the insults and the hang up calls were way too much for this customer.
